2.0TDI CKRA Passat NMS 2012-2014 240bhp turbocharger upgrade

This kit is based on CR170 Garrett GTC1549vz turbocharger that has been fully rebuilt ad upgraded with 56mm CNC cut performance billet compressor wheel which makes it GTC1556vz.
It can handle 220-240bhp running 2-2.2bar of boost safely.
 
We recommend using it with 4bar MAP sensor which can be found in our shop.
 
Please note that the above upgrade requires the EGR to be deleted!
 
The kit consists of:
 
XMan Turbos GTC1556vz upgraded hybrid turbocharger
turbocharger damper/discharge pipe delete for better flows
braided oil feed line
oil return pipe (used genuine VW)
complete turbo fitting kit
EGR port blank and gasket (for the turbo)
turbo intake pipe and elbow (used genuine VW)
