Warranty terms and conditions

 

All items offered by us unless otherwise stated in the item description and excluding: old stock, used, defective and untested items are subject to 12 months return to base parts and labor warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty is only applicable to the original owner. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts. All items are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation.

XMan Turbos Ltd reserves the right to verify with manufactures any reported faults in the products in unclear situations.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products purchased from XMan Turbos are fitted correctly by an experienced professional and for their intended use, while using the correct associated hardware. Failure to follow these guidelines will void any warranty. XMan Turbos will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

 

Turbochargers warranty:

​

Turbochargers used for any form of racing or competition and/or set to run higher than standard boost pressure are supplied in good faith and on the understanding that no guarantee is given in respect of performance or reliability of the product, either by the manufacturers or XMan Turbos Ltd. However within the first 12 months we will use our discretion to assess each individual case and determine whether or not the fault was related to a manufacturing defect or the extreme conditions the turbocharger was working under. We will also do our best to assist the customer with a potential repair/replacement of said turbocharger.

XMan Turbos Ltd cannot be held responsible for personal injury or damage caused to the engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger.

 

No liability will be accepted if the turbocharger boost setting is outside the figures recommended by the Seller or the original vehicle manufacturer.The boost setting must always be checked after fitment to comply with this warranty.

 

OUR LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your purchase is made or your order is accepted.

Despite the limitations in paragraphs above, we do not in any way limit our liability to you for death, personal injury or fraud. 

Where you buy as a consumer, these general terms and conditions and the returns policy will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded.
