GTB2260vk vacuum converted turbocharger 2.0TDI BKD on stock cast manifold
Garrett GTB2260vk 3.0TDI turbocharger, vacuum converted fully rebuilt and fitted with 11+0 GTX style CNC cut performance billet compressor wheel. Comes welded onto stock cast 2.0TDI BKD/AZV exhaust manifold.
Rated for 270-300bhp with appropriate supporting mods and good custom remap running up to 2.5bar of boost.
Compressor housing can be clock rotated in any position you want with boost outlet either close or away from the engine block - it can be supplied already clocked accordingly to your instructions.

IMPORTANT!
This is not a bolt on upgrade by any means!
The turbo is welded onto stock cast 2.0TDI 16V BKD manifold and it will fit the head but that's it!
Inlet and outlet of the turbo cold side are both 55mm - you need appropriate pipework for that.
Custom downpipe has to be fabricated, we do sell downpipes already made for mk4 Golf or flanges if you are fabricating the downpipe yourself. Please note that the mk4 downpipe may not be 100% match for the mk5 Golf platform based cars where the BKD engines are fitted!.
Braided oil feed is required - it can be found in our shop.
Custom oil return has to be fabricated - there is DIY oil return kit in our shop this is how it looks like when done:

Please note it is important that the oil return is fabricated properly and free flowing kinked/restricted oil return will cause oil leaks thru the turbo seals and warranty will be void!
We aim to always keep at least one ready in stock but stock levels may vary so please get in touch to confirm availability if your order is urgent! If we are out of stock it takes 2-4 weeks to have another unit ready.
