Garrett GTB1756vk 2.7TDI turbocharger, vacuum converted fully rebuilt and fitted with CNC cut performance billet compressor wheel. Comes welded onto stock cast longitudinal 16V 2.0TDI exhaust manifold in top mounted position perfect for truck TDI swaps. Fitted with CJAA compatibel smart actuator.  Exhaust of the turbo is facing gearbox side of the engine (or back of the car)

Benefits from large well flowing housings and 3rd generation GTB VNT mechanism.

Rated for 200-250bhp with appropriate supporting mods and good custom remap running up to 2.2-2.3bar of boost max

 

Compressor housing can be clock rotated in any position you want with boost outlet  either close or away from the engine block - it can be supplied already clocked accordingly to your instructions.

IMPORTANT!

This is not a bolt on upgrade by any means!

The turbo is welded onto stock cast 2.0TDI manifold and it will fit the head but that's it!

Inlet and outlet of the turbo cold side are both 55mm - you need appropriate pipework for that.

Custom downpipe has to be fabricated, we do supply flanges if you are fabricating the downpipe yourself (search for GTBdownpipeflange in the shop).

Braided oil feed is required - it can be found in our shop.

Custom oil return is required - it can be selected as an option with the turbo.

We also recommend 4bar MAP sensor to be used with this turbos as well as new GTB gaskets kit (both available from us)

 

 

Please note if you are making your own oil return it is important that it is fabricated properly and free flowing. Kinked/restricted oil return will cause oil leaks thru the turbo seals and warranty will be void!

 

These are made to order only! It takes 2-4 weeks on average to have one made!
